I had problems with my shipment, but the worst part of it was their customer service (or rather, the lack of customer service). They are quick to make a sale and take your money, but are next to impossible to get a hold of by phone once they’ve secured their payment. Issues with your shipment? Forget about trying to contact them for help. They couldn’t care less once they have your money in hand. Customer service agent was rude and dismissive. I voiced my concerns and his response was practically a “so what do you want me to do about this?”. I could get better customer service from a teenager at a fast food restaurant than what I received here. I’ve never gotten off the phone with such a butter taste in my mouth. They don’t even bother to reassure you or help, instead they say that “everything’s in the contract” and they’re off the hook for problems that you might encounter. Run the other way. There are dozens, if not hundreds of auto transport options out there with much better customer service than they have here.

If a customer is possibly unable to be present at either the pickup or delivery location, we suggest a secondary contact should be appointed to assist with your vehicles transport. We understand that your vehicle arrived earlier than we had originally expected, typically we account for traffic delays and routine stops to predict transit times. It is always stressed that dates are estimated because of unforeseen circumstances like this that we cannot control. We do apologize for the difficulty you experienced when trying to contact us, we have been experiencing high call volume due to seasonal demands.
