Shipped our Jeep from CA to AL. Sales process was quite efficient especially email. That said, after payment, it was impossible to get anyone on the phone or to return emails--"all agents are busy..." No return calls either especially when the indicated pick-up day came and went . They have a dashboard which shows the status, but never gets updated with calendar changes. For instance, the pick-up ended up being 2 days later than indicated. Actual shipper was great and communicated fairly quickly. Driver seemed like a good guy as well although he was a bit optimistic on drop-off date. That said the car arrived and was in fine shape so I guess all is good. But, don't expect any communication from the broker.
