The quote is not the actually price

Even though the quote says it includes all taxes, insurance, etc - after we accepted the quote, they charged our Credit card $150 MORE- and said that the quote is only an estimate. No where on the quote does it say "This is only an estimate". However, it does say that it is "ALL-IN" This is very misleading and will not use this company again!

Every carrier does have their own pricing as they are owner-operators and the cost was higher than expected.
