Terrible Customer Service! They use "Bait and Switch" and are Rude as can be

I received an online quote today for a classic car transport from Oregon to Washington state. I was quoted at a total cost of $395.00. Within two minutes of getting a quote, I recieved a call from Kyle Krulder, Senior Vehicle Coordinator. I let him know that this was a quote, and I would be shopping around before committing to a purchase with a transport company. He then became very rude and demanded that I book immediately, or I wouldn't get a transport at all. I told him I wasn't going to be strong-armed into making a uninformed decision and ended the call. He then emailed me a new quote THAT WAS 100 DOLLARS MORE THAN THE ONLINE QUOTE. I emailed him back and told him that since he was rude and decided to up my quote, I would seek services elsewhere. He told me I he was glad I wasn't choosing them, and "he would ensure I wouldn't find another company to transport the car for me." I told him I was going to leave this review, in hopes that it saved someone else from this condescending jerk. Hey Roadrunner, do yourself a favor and fire this clown, before he costs you additional lost revenue and customers.

When booking a shipment, some main contributing factors to calculate cost are timing, location and market demand. With these factors in mind, cost will inevitably rise if more time is allowed to pass and multiple quotes for the same inquiry drive the market value up. This is an important detail that we are glad you were informed of, however we apologize for the manner in which you received this information.
