The company was very fast to contact me to book a carrier and collect their fee money. They said I can cancel until a carrier is dispatched to me, but I will be notified when one is dispatched.
When no call or email came on my anticipated pick up date I called the company. A carrier was dispatched but Roadrunner wouldn't give me the phone number of the carrier. (His truck broke down).
I have tried to call and speak to someone about the terrible car carrier business they contract out to (driver says his truck broke down again, my cars arrived a week after they said it would take, I have to call the driver for updates since he ever calls and then only has bad news). I was told by Roadrunner that a manager would call me back once they were off the other line. That was days ago. I left voice messages to Zack Zangle and have never received a call back. This is a dishonest company.
