Everything was to my satisfaction. I do wish a VIN number was required to confirm delivery of correct vehicle. The driver contacted the pick up person in advance. Driver contacted me day before with a approximate time and then again an hour before arrival. First time using this service and would definitely recommend it to those moving a vehicle from state to state!
