This company was great about getting us to sign, then the salesman-Jonney Harrington (possibly an alias) refused to talk to me,instead transferred me to "Customer Service" or whomever got stuck lying tothe prospective customer that day. These people use "Caller ID" and once they know you've been ripped off by them ($150.00) "Eric" gives you a bogus phone number that doesn't work (constantly busy), to call Christina for a refund (877-211-3060). When we tried to call "Eric" back, they refused to answer the phone. Proved this by going to neighbors house and calling on their phone then they answered and hung up as soon as they realized it was me trying to talk to them. I think everyone that answers the phone uses a phony name.
They hit my son's account for $150.00 even though they had admitted they cancelled the account and another broker picked it up and listed it on the National Vehicle Transport Board, where driver's check to see which vehicles they want to transport. I don't know how they garnered a four star rating???

If you spend time looking at the ratings, some company's have only been member for a few months. That's because they changed the company name in an effort to avoid theircriminal activity. Sounds like its time to take a vacation in Florida and visit the company. I'm sure the operate out of residence (back room) or a rented warehouse. But with PeopleLookup.com and its info on cell phones numbers you can verify, it wouldn't be hard to find them. Your bank can also assist as to where the money was transferred to (Physical location, bank branch and account numbers). We will be filing a complaint with Visa card company also to get the money returned.

I think the good reviews for this company are put in by relatives, friends and cell mates of the theives to bump out the honest ratings about how bad they are.I am retired and have plenty of time and will file complaints at the state and federal levels and the local city where they are listed to be operating out of, believe me they are not that hard to find if you are dilligent.
