This company waited until the day before my promised pick up date to notify me that my car would not be picked up as promised.Even after I had repeatedly informed them that I was moving out of state, and would have no way to be present for vehicle pick up after the agreed upon date. I had booked transport a month in advance of the date I was supposed to move, and received written assurance that the car would be picked up on the day I needed. The day before my scheduled pick up date, I received a phone call notifying me that my car had not been scheduled for pick up with a driver. Keith at Road Riders assured me he would work on the problem and get back to me that same day, as I explained to him that I was flying out within 2 days and not returning to the area. Keith stated that he would probably need to raise the shipping rate above the price that had been quoted to me, but he would do his best to get my car shipped on time. I felt like I was being ripped off by Road Riders,and I did not appreciate being given such short notice that I felt as if I had no other choice but to go along with the price increase. Needless to say, Keith never called me back, and my repeated phone calls to Road Riders went unreturned.

Road Riders Auto Transport has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They clearly did not care about the hardship they put me through. I was left to scramble to find a new auto shipping company at the last minute, which meant significantly more stress and more money out of my pocket. Save yourself a headache and go with a different company.
