Utter failure.
Took deposit and never provided service.
After two weeks of me asking when I could expect pick-up/delivery, I was finally told that schedule was in place. I asked for the contact number of shipping dispatch and driver, and for contract information. Was told that they were waiting for insurance confirmation and that I would receive all info that evening or in the morning. Didn't happen.
Called again and was told that pick-up was scheduled and that driver would call me (also told I would receive contract info via e mail). Driver did call, but when I confirmed my location near San Antonio, he informed me that Road Dog had given him a Houston address and that he could not make the delivery.
Called Road Dog and they were at as loss (of course they were, they had totally screwed up the shipping address).
I had had enough and contacted Dave at Alpine Transport. This was a Wednesday, truck picked up Friday, and was delivered Monday.
Excellent service and follow-up with Alpine.

Thinking of using Road Dog?- -Run Forest, run!!!!!!
