My main criteria was "can I reach someone on the phone" Linda's bid was about $50 more than the lowest but she was easy to contact. Her bid was also less than many others. The driver was very polite. Got my car within a week. I couldn't deal with the other companies because each call required me to leave a message. I give them the highest rating.
