When I originally began the quest to secure enclosed transportation for my 1968 Cadillac convertible, I shopped for the best deal. Once the first firm had my deposit, I no longer heard anything from them. Only when I called to inquire did they respond - but never arranged any transportaion. Today, nearly one month after contracting with them, I have yet to receive even one phone call hinting that my car might be picked up and shipped to AZ. I'm not sure if they will ever call though they do not know my car has been shipped. I'm certain my deposit is gone.
10 days ago, I decided to look for another alternative. Linda @ River City quickly gave me a quote, and within 48 hours had arranged transportation. The car was picked up, and several days later was in my hands, safe and sound. River City is competitive, polite, and communicative. Not sure if I'll need them in the future, but if I do I won't bother to call anyone else - from beginning to end it was a first class experience with River City.
