I was contacted thru my information on Central Dispatch by a guy named Mario from: Right A Way Transport Inc. 1142 S. Diamond Bar, Ste 325, Diamond Bar, CA 91767, to pick up a vehicle I had at the Adesa Los Angeles Auto Auction. One hour before the driver reached Arizona, the driver called and asked me to make the check for payment out to him personally instead of the company name. I agreed as I was waiting for two other vehicles from other truckers that same day. In the midst of everything going on that day there was some confusion and I made the check out in the wrong amount (100.00 excess) than the driver was suppose to receive. About 30 minutes after the driver left I discovered the mistake and texed messaged him several times to get back to me right away. By then he had already went to the bank and cashed the check. he finally called and said he would get back to me and never did. I called the home office 909-721-0339 and spoke to Mario, the manager who called me initially to pick up the load, he indicated he would return the money but never did. I contacted Central Dispatch and informed them of what had happened, I discovered this company is not on or a memeber of Central Dispatch, they have no insurance, no authority, contact with FMCSA docket was revoked, they are using a false MC # 625521, correct number is 621521. this guys are thieves and are not to be trusted.
