I hired them because of their people skills on the phone and. Pricing was great the pick up went a little rough trying to charge more money and a mandatory 20% tip and wanted more money to walk a few feet further but quickly said don't worry about that once received furniture movers were very polite and helpful noticed 2 of my dressers were damaged when I called Ron yeah email some pics and go online to our claims website and fill out form this is normal and now when I call voice prompt tells you mail box is full RIP OFF MOVING COMPANY your better getting a u haul and hiring a couple of movers once you get to where your going I now see why this place has so many neg reviews in the last year.
