I am not being paid in any way to submit this review. It is simply that I received such fantastic service from ReloGeek that this can be considered a public service announcement. If you want to deal with someone who really cares about customer service and doing the job right at a reasonable price, you need to hire Ashley Tucker/ReloGeek, LLC to move your vehicle.

After submitting requests with two online engines, I received a few dozen emails and a ton of phone calls. The bottom line: all they wanted was my money. I didn't feel that my questions were being answered honestly or at all; it was just a run-around of non-disclosure. A few tried to scare me into going with them and one of them actually yelled at me that I HAD to go with his company if I wanted my car picked up at all.

Trying to educate myself about the process, I watched some YouTube videos, which only helped to scare the daylights out of me even more. Then I saw Ashley's informative and heartfelt videos and I was sold. I sent her a long email explaining my questions and concerns; she responded right away and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. She educated me about how the system works and, after giving me a quote, found an even cheaper carrier within my time frame.

I can't tell you how happy I am with the service I received. The car arrived promptly and in the same condition it was when picked up; no broken mirrors, no additional bumps or scrapes, no spills of fluids from other cars. No one hijacked my car for more money and the driver picked up the car and delivered it within the time frame he estimated. The whole transaction, from the time I hired Ashley to the time I paid the driver, was painless. I couldn't be more grateful.
