Poor customer service from Reliable

I contracted with Reliable Carriers on December 22 to pick up a car in North Carolina and deliver it to Plano, Texas. Heard nothing from them, so I called on or about December 27 to find out status. I was told by a salesman that the car would be picked up the first week of January as many drivers were on vacation. OK, sounded reasonable. Never heard anything else. Called them again on Monday January 3 and was told they would pick up car at the end of the week. I was told that drivers were still on vacation and that contributed to delay. Heard nothing again. So, I called on Friday January 7 at 4:30 PM and spoke to someone who told me that there was no truck heading that way but I was still in the system. I was told that the Florida office was very busy and didn't have a truck heading in that direction to pick up my car. I informed him of my previous conversations with the company and was told that they could not guarantee any time for pick-up. What? I was also told that this was the busy season with the auctions and that might account for the delay. So I'm chopped liver because I only have one car to pick up and it's headed to an out-of-the-way place, like Dallas, Texas. Sorry, Reliable....I will never use your company and I plan to tell everyone I know in the auto collector community about my poor experience. I've contracted with someone else at a lower rate, anyway. So much for your fancy web site and TV commercials that are BS.
