I have been extremely fortunate in always having good experiences with transporting several cars through the years, and it is nice to know that my 'winning streak' is still working. I contracted with this company to transport a small car from Florida to Texas, and not only was the car picked up very fast, but somehow the driver altered space and time and made it the almost 1000 miles in 3 days (pick up on Friday, delivery on Monday).
Brian was very knowledgable, patient, and honest about when the car would be picked up, though I never expected it would be the earliest (I am also contracting to have a car transported from California to my home, but I also understand that that particular route is not too popular so this might take a few days more).
Since transporting via trucks have so many variables attached (awful weather, accident, truck problems, delays at one stop, etc), I have learned to make sure that all the paperwork with the car was complete before the car was picked up, and dropped off. Both Brian and I made sure that all the documentation was ready, and the dealer also received the same. If there was one 'nooge' about this, it would be that I wished the driver would have given at least a days' notice for dropoff, but even then, that is not a big deal.
I would definitely use this company again.
