This trucking company picked up my clients vehicle in New York. I understand that NYC can be tough to navigate a large truck to pick up units, However durring the transit time this vehicle was driven 160 miles and gas tank on emty. My customer approched the driver, and John the driver had no answers why this mans vehicle had been driven. Inside the vehicle was dirty and grease on the door handles. Also found in the glove box was a Spanish DVD, Therefor some one was in my clients vehicle longer than they should have been. This is the wrong way to oporate a shipping/delivery service. This client paid to have his vehicle shipped not driven.
