unprofessional and no communication

After about 3 days after I booked with Michael (Mike) Prestia of Reliable Auto Transport , I followed up with him on a Friday and he said he is working with a driver to pick up my car the next Monday (today). I expected a call to update but by the end of today and still no word from him, I replied to his email and cancelled my order. I immediately get a call from him demanding, "what's the deal?" When I stated my concerns of his lack of communication, he got angry and started yelling at me and calling me an, "impatient d!@k." I tried to tell him that I would've been willing to wait if he just kept me updated but he would not let me speak. I tried to point out how unprofessional he is talking but he just kept yelling and calling me names so I hung up. I would never, ever consider using him and if he was the only auto transport company, I would rather drive the car myself. It's people like him that makes the public leery of such businesses.
