1. Supposed to contact prior to pick up to coordinate schedule. Did not contact, I had to contact. 2. Arrived hours late for pick up causing me to lose a work day. 3. Did not deliver car on date expected and arranged for. 4. Did not communicate as to when car would be delivered and had to contact them. 5. Provided mis information at to when car would finally be delivered. 6. Was under the impression that I was doing them a service rather than that they were providing a service.
