Disappointing and inconvenient

I used Reindeer Auto to move across the country and initially things were great - they showed up right on time and the pickup was very fast and easy with everything arranged through my relocation company. That's about where the good experience stopped unfortunately. During transit, I received numerous delivery date updates with my vehicle arriving an additional day late, another two days added after, then another day...and after planning for the arrival date they told me (at last), they surprised me when the driver asked if he could show up the next day (< 24 hours notice) which I couldn't do since I was not going to be home. Felt very disorganized as if even THEY didn't know when my car would show up lol. Then finally, I get my car, and to my amazement it was not covered or wrapped AT ALL and had 3,000 miles of dried dead bugs all over it. I had to pay over $200 for an exterior detail and some of the dried bugs left permanent paint damage (though thankfully hard to see) and after reading other reviews here I didn't even bother going through the claims service. Overall I would definitely not use Reindeer Auto again.

I would also like to apologize for the condition at delivery and if it was not properly communicated with you that the open transit can result in the vehicle arriving very dirty following the 2900+ transit.
