Company damaged my car but denied claim

The company denies fixing my car! The company I work for hired Reindeer to transport my car. I drive a hatchback car yet they put my car on the bottom level of a 2 level transport truck. A bar was sitting and touching the roof of my car when I got it meaning: when the truck bounces, that bar pushes against the roof of my car with the weight of all the cars on the upper level. They denied any wrongdoing and denied my claim because I didn't report it within 24 hours. I didn't even see the scratches because the delivery was at night! They also required me to provide an estimate which takes longer than 24 hours because body shops get backed up! How else did those scratches end up on my roof other than from Reindeer's poor service?! Because a liar I am not. Jeff Wallace, the Reindeer representative handling my claim is a piece of scum for denying order# 1275086 because Reindeer is obviously at fault with the pictures I provided. Their 24 hr policy was absolutely predatory. These people have not respect for your vehicles or your belongings. Be super defensive and inspect your car from head to toe as if the driver had a vendetta against you and purposely ruined your car.

Hello, Frederica. I am sorry to hear you are disappointed in the outcome of your claim. I assure you, your claim has been reviewed by a team of managers at Reindeer Auto as well as with your relocation company. At the time of delivery, no new damage was noted. The driver has provided a signed inspection from you, with no notation of new damage. The driver also took pictures at the time of delivery. The pictures show you present, inspecting the car. Including the roof. We also called you the day after delivery and confirmed delivery occurred and there were no issues. We were then contacted by you 7 days after delivery to report the claimed damages. Unfortunately, due to the signed inspection, pictures from delivery and length of time between delivery and reporting, there is no way for us to determine the claimed damage was in fact a result of the relocation. I am very sorry but for these reasons, we were unable to honor your claim. To discuss this further, please feel free to contact us at 800-548-8430. Thank you.
