They Damaged My Car!!!!

If you are thinking about using Reindeer Auto Relocation to transport your car, I would highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend not using them. They damaged my car to the point where its not drive-able and refused to pay for the damage. I got confirmation from mechanics that the car was damaged during the time they had possession of the car, but they still rejected my claim and left me to pay for the damage they caused.

If you don't care about your car, by all means, use them...but if you want your car to arrive safe and sound without incident, I would not use them at all.

There is no confirmation from a mechanic that the problem with the gear box was a result of the transport. We spoke with 2 of your mechanics at your request, and neither of them could say that the issue is transit related. The vehicle is 12 years old and has 125,000 miles on it, mechanical issues are to be expected at this point, and in this case did not arise out of anything the motor carrier did wrong.
