Very poor communication. Never returned phone calls or emails. Their delivery and pickup window is absurdy large. They are content making you sit at home for two or three days waiting for the car on the slight chance that it may come eventually. Despite angry phone calls, the customer rep assigned to my move, Brooklyn, was unwilling to help or even take a phone call. Be prepared to be completely in the dark throughout the entire prcoess and be treated very rudely. Our other car was moved by a much cheaper company with far superior customer service. Do not use this service!
