Reimy Auto Transport in Miami, FL contact, Adonys (no last name)(not told non-running by Allied). Adonys hired a driver, Spanish speaking only, which I will call, “driver X”, to drive the truck to pick up my car on Sat. Feb 11, 2014. I was never given his name nor allowed any form of communication with the driver. The repair shop, Pete’s Otto Shop, 401 e Ann St. Valdosta, GA, closed on Sat, agreed to leave the key to the Audi TT on the driver’s side front tire. Adonys calls me Fri, 2-10-14 to tell me he was going to transport my Audi TT Sat. 2-11-14, and that he had dispatched driver X to load the car and drive to Des Moines, IA. I was not allowed to speak to the driver; I was only given the numbers 239 to recognize the caller. Driver X arrived Sat. Feb 11, unlocked the Audi TT, tried to start it, it wouldn’t run. He then proceeded to try to push the car into position (he is alone, speaks no English), can’t do it, leaves mad. He "lost" the keys to the car at this time. He was to arrive Sun 2-12-14 evening or Mon 2-13-14. I heard no more from Adonys until Mon 2-13-14. He tells me the Audi is still in Valdosta. Driver X couldn’t load the car because it didn’t run.
