I would not use their services under ANY condition. We arranged to have our car picked up well in advance of our move. After contacting them NUMEROUS times, we were finally told the day before our move they wouldn't make it in time and asked if I would leave the car (a BMW) on a street with a key hidden in it. Of course not! Finally, we were told the only alternative was to drive it 165 miles to deliver it to them. We had no other option, so we did this. We were assured that we would not be charged the original quote ($1700) as a result. Since we had to drive 165 miles and get a hotel room, we thought this was appropriate. We were never told when the car was delivered to the port, and tracked it down ourselves. It had been sitting at the port for a week. Additionally, they charged us the original quote and did not adjust as we were assured they would do. As is typical, they NEVER returned our phone calls. We are now disputing the charge; I expect they will contact us as a result. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!
