Wouldn't do business with them if it were free

. Deanna was nice and the quote was low. She had Ronnie, the owner call me to set everything up. So he tells me he wants to have the car picked up that same day (Thursday) but he needs a deposit of $150 and he'll send me a recipt via email. I check my balance a few hours later and he's charged $200 and still no recipt. I call and he tells me "the driver wanted more money." That was my first strike cause if that were the case he should've called and got my authorization. He tells me he sent the receipt, confirms my email and says okay, I'll send it again. Still nothing by the end of business and my car wasn't picked up, I was told it was too late now, the driver would get it Friday afternoon/Saturday morning. I call the main line which is forwarded to his cell, he tells me he's picking up his daughter, he'll call me when he gets back to the office. No call, no receipt. Friday morning I call and mention that I still haven't gotten it, he replied "geeze, I've never seen anyone so passionate about an email, I'm sending it now." Second strike, I'm not passionate about an email, I'm passionate about my money and I didn't want the driver getting here telling me that I owe xyz and I have no proof I paid that $200. I look at the receipt and it says nothing besides my name and $200, address is blank, no total, etc. I read some reviews and decide I don't like that this is all I have. I'm done dealing with Ronnie though cause he's a di$$, so I call Deanna. She's nice enough to send me the order with the total and all the information. Great! Not great! I look and both the dealers address and my address are completely wrong. Third strike, Ronnie you a$$whole, how are you picking up a car and you have neither the pick up or drop off location right? Deanna fixes all that and thanks me for trusting them. Umm yea, I really don't, but I already made the payment, drivers supposed to pick up my car from the dealer today, so okay. About 5:30 I get a call from Stephanie, Ronnie's rude ass assistant or whatever. She tells me the driver attempted to pick up the car and the dealer told him it was gone already, asks me if I hired another broker. Umm no, I freak out, where's my car and who has it. I call the dealer and he says "I'm looking at the car. We've been waiting for the driver all day." So I decide I'm going to call the driver assigned to my vehicle as Deanna was nice enough to send me his info earlier too. Driver says, he's in NY, he won't be in Houston(where the dealer is) until Monday. My car was cancelled by dispatch (Ronnie). I call Regal back and I'm livid, I tell Stephanie to reverse the charge, they've screwed up way too much and lied and I won't do business with people like them. She puts me on the phone with Ronnie who yells and tells me "he just got off the phone with the driver and fixed everything. The driver cancelled it because he saw it on the loading board( the dealer posted it prior to me making arrangements with Regal), so the driver rerouted and won't be able to pick up till Monday." I say @Ronnie you're lieing. I spoke to the driver, he said you cancelled and he's in NY, he didn't make it from Houston to NY in an hour. Why would Stephanie tell me that the driver went there and they told him the car was already gone? Reverse the charges, I'm done dealing with you guys, you lie, you don't even care enough to get the addresses right." He tells me "well you're not getting your $200 back and if you keep it up, I'll charge the balance to your card right now." Fourth strike, bi$$h what? I'm a New York woman, I will literally get on a plane and show up in your office with more trouble than your prepared for. So at this point I'm in disbelief and he tries to defuse the situation by telling me this was all the dealers fault and he's just trying to help me, there are no other drivers to pick up my car (I later found out that he had blackballed the dealers listing on the loading board saying the car didn't exist) his is the only one. He's going to pick it up Monday. Blah blah blah. I okay him, hang up the phone and call my bank, froze my card and reversed the $200 charge. I picked up my car today and told Ronnie where to go and how to get there. I wouldn't use Regal if it was free. I urge you to go elsewhere.
