DO NOT USE - THEY DAMAGED MY CAR

Redhill Logistics was subcontracted to handle our transport. The person never answered the phone, the number originally given to us was disconnected. We were told they would be there on Tuesday before 5 to pick up the car. Tuesday came and went but no one showed or called. We finally tracked down the driver and he stated that they would be there Wednesday before 11am to get the car. They showed up after 2pm. Understandable they needed us to drive the car to the transporter as the truck could not navigate our streets. The driver was not that courteous and left us a little uneasy. He never provided a receipt, he just made us sign some paper work and off he went. We were told that the car was to be delivered on Monday. Monday came and went with no call as to where the driver was with my car. We finally tracked him down on Tuesday and were told that he would be to our house within 2 hours. This would be 2pm on Tuesday. He showed up at 7:30pm, 5 hours after he said he would show up. Again, we need to go to him because he could not maneuver the truck to us, which was understandable. When we meet him, he was parked in the MIDDLE of a busy HWY with my car parked at the back of the truck. I had to cross the busy HWY to inspect my car and sign off that nothing was wrong with it, all the time cars are flying past us at 55+ mph. Inside the car it stinks like someone was sleeping in it or something. Smells horrible. Once I get the car to my house, which is .75 of a mile from the truck, I notice that it has large scratches on the roof. More like GOUGES than scratches. It appears that the chains from the top part of the car transport trailer were left to hang down to the bottom part of the trailer and my car now has these huge gouges on the roof from it. We have tried to contact them for some relief in this issue but the refuse to answer our calls. We used Montway Auto Transport as the broker on this and even they called several time on our behalf to get this resolved all with no response from the company. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They will ruin your automobile.
