I called & spoke to Mr. Yeargin and got all the info I needed. He explained thoroughly how the process worked & I was satified. BBB accredited helped too. Talk about promptness, after I'd placed the order, he called me back within 10 minutes and had a truck lined up to get the car in Las Vegas. Wasn't in a hurry to get the car knowing the driver had 5 other cars to deliver. If we ever have to transport a car again, I would definitely choose Red Carpert!
