I was very satisfied with the service which started from customer service. The vehcle wa picked up the next day (on the money) and delivered a week later. The was a couple of things questionable from the carrier standpoint however, at the end of the day it was delivered in the same shape I shipped it in. I would recommend using Red Carpet again in an heart beat especially Cheryl. Happy shipping.
