Jennifer was terrific! I made several changes to my initial order, and she was never curt or frustrated with me. She even called me on a Sunday from her home so I wouldn't worry about my car getting picked up while on my cross-country flight. I have saved all of the Red Carpet information to have it handy in case anyone ever asks me for a referral.
