I needed my car to be transported from Tucson, AZ to Philadelphia, PA in a short notice. I contacted Red Carpet due to the great reviews and the location of the company. I got an email and phone call right away from Julie Kenyon. She understood that I needed my car to be transported in a week and found a carrier the day she contacted me. It turned out that the carrier which was going to transport my car broke down. She found a different carrier who will be able to pick up and deliver on the same day. Unfortunately, the new carrier coulnd't pick up my car the day I wanted it, however, except that, everything went smoothly and the car was delivered earlier than the estimated date. Julie was great through out the process. She made sure my car was dispatched well and returned my phone calls on the same day. I am very satisfied with the service and would definitely use the Red Carpet again!
