I needed a company to transport my car from Utah to New York in a good time period. I did a lot of research for auto transport companies and asked around to friends that had moved as well. After a few days, I had decided to go with Red Carpet Auto not only because they had good reviews on transportreviews.com, but I also did a Better Business Bureau search on them and the other contenders. I found that Red Carpet had a great rating with the BBB and had also received good reviews.
I received a few emails from Julie Kenyon with a quoted price. I was able to email back and forth with her as well as call her if I had any questions. We scheduled my pickup and she keep in good contact with me.
I did have to drive a few blocks to meet the truck, but the driver of the truck was very nice, decently dressed and knew what he was doing. He was even able to tell me the exact drop off spot where I would meet him to get my car in NY. I was able to call Julie once I got to my destination to find out where my car was. I was surprised to hear that I would receive my car 3 days prior to the scheduled date. The car was dirty, but it was going across the country and in quite a bit of weather in the winter, so there was no way of getting out of that unless I put in a covered transit.
I'm a happy customer!
