I have never transported a vehicle before, but if I ever have to do it again, I will definitely use Red Carpet. Julie Kenyon was very professional and always kept me in the loop on what was happening...even if it was bad news. My transporter was supposed to pick up on a Thursday, but beyond their control they had pick up two days late due to mechanical difficulties. Julie was on top of it and called me as soon as she found out. She offered to find another transporter, but since my time was flexible I chose to keep the one that was already scheduled.

When the transporter arrived, he did a thourough inspection of my vehicle and documented all dings and scratches. He then loaded my vehicle and off he went. The entire loading process took about 45 minutes. The transport driver kept me up to date the entire way via phone. Thanks to GPS he was able to pin point the exact time that he would be dropping my vehicle off at the final destination. He was right on time. Since I live on a small street, he could not unload directly in front of my home. To my surprise, he drove my car right to my driveway and walked back to his truck. This meant a lot to me, as I was right in the middle of a move and did not have time to walk several blocks to where he was unloading.

My car arrived in the same condition that it was picked up in. The driver went over the documented dings and scratches again and looked for new ones that could have occurred during transport...there were no new dings or scratches. I am definitely pleased with my experience with Red Carpet Auto Transport.
