I had never shipped a car before, and was not sure what to expect. Jennifer went over and above to explain the process to me, kept in touch before the pickup, and was in contact with me while the car was enroute. The pickup of the car was very fast, probably took less than 15 minutes to inspect and load onto the truck. Driver was very professional and efficient. Delivery of the vehicle was just as fast. Excellent experience with Jennifer and Red Carpet Auto Transport. Would definately recommend to others, and would use again in the future.
