It took at least 10 days to find a carrier. The dispatcher did not call me the day before the scheduled pickup date, and I could not reach him on the pickup day because the carrier's voice-mail was full. It was not a door to door service. My car was picked up and dropped off several miles away from the addresses I provided. They attracted customers by offering relatively low quote prices, but the actual prices you paid were much higher. I won't use the service anymore.
