In a difficult time, Red Carpet made things easy. Julie was very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Julie stayed with me every step of the way calling almost daily. The transport driver was caring and compassionate, calling to apologize for traveling delays and doing his best to get the car to me as soon as possible. The amount of physical labor he went through to get my car off the top and first spot on the transport truck was amazing and he was careful and responsible for the care of all the cars on the truck. I didn't have change when I paid him and asked him to keep the extra money to go get a cup of coffee because of the late hour and he declined, thanked me and came back with change....wouldn't even take a tip.Red Carpet was amazing and I will highly recommend Red Carpet to anyone needing to have a car transported.
