Initially I was told that the trip would cost no more then $850, but about 1 day before the scheduled pick up, I was told that it was going to charge me $1050 (which was the final amount I paid).
To make sure that my vehicle would be picked up, I had to call repeatedly and check on the status of my order. Not once did the rep call me back or followed up. I had to be on top of things, else my car wouldn't have made it.
The car was picked up about 3 days late. I had to call the actual drivers company to make sure that he'd pick up my car. Red carpet auto didn't follow up on that.
My car was delivered about 4 days late. I had to end up paying for a rental car for those 4 days.
Overall with the increase in price, the delay in pick up and delivery of the car and the cost of the rental, this was a terrible experience.
