I requested a quote for shipping my Honda Accord from No. Virginia to Denver with one of the online quote services. This resulted in a flood of email messages, a few phone calls, and some text messages from various brokers. Most of those email messages where a jumble of confusing text, graphics, and comical use of mixed fonts and colors. In all that muck, Scott's message from Red Carpet stood out as simple and clean to read. The fact he was offering one of the lowest prices was great too.

But, the best part is I replied to Scott's email for details, got a response in 5 minutes, called him for credit card deposit, and had a truck located and scheduled for pickup two days later! Now I lucked out a bit and was shipping from two major metros but still Scott was amazingly fast and flexible.

With pickup on Wednesday, delivery was Friday morning. The car arrived so fast, I mistook the "I'm here, be at your house in 10min..." phone call from the driver for another broker offering a quote!

Summary: Scott at Red Carpet is fast, efficient, and communicates via email with clarity. Highly recommended.
