I was having my car transported from West Covina, CA all the way to Texas. I knew from past experience that the process could difficult and costly, particularly since: (1) my hometown is a small Texas city close to the border and well out of the way of major interstate freeways, and (2) my schedule is pretty ridiculous and I wasn't going to be personally present for my car's pickup and dropoff.

Felicia, my contact person, has been extremely helpful from the moment I left a message on their website asking for a quote (she called me on my cell almost immediately), until after the car has been dropped off. I constantly received updates and was under the impression that everything was being done in order for me to have nothing less than a very positive experience. My car was picked up from my old landlady's house in California without any issue; it was dropped off the same to my parents' house in Texas. I was not physically present in either times but there was absolutely no complaints or issues throughout the whole pickup and dropoff that necessitated me being called on my phone at all. I was very impressed.

In short, I highly recommend Red Carpet Auto Transport and will likely use them again should the need to transport my car in the future.
