This experience was definitely pain free. I was quite nervous when starting this process to transport my car. This was the first time I had to transport a car and I was quite apprehensive. I phoned many, many other companies and Felecia was the only person that I felt comfortable with. There was no exchange of money until the car was picked up. Felicia was reassuring, patient, and quite knowledgeable. I had many questions and she was able to reassure me of the process. I highly recommend Felecia and Red Carpet Auto Transport. The driver Sergio was extremely pleasant and I was at complete ease when the truck pulled away. The final payment was made once my son received his car. I will definitely use this company to transport the car back once my son returns to Maryland and I highy recommend Red Carpert Auto Transport.
