This was my first experience transporting a vehicle, and it was for the most part pain free. Brian at Red Carpet was very patient and understanding throughout my changing schedule due to a family emergency. Delivery was 2 days early, which caused a little bit of an inconvenience. My father was expecting it to be delivered on Tuesday or Wedneday, and they called on monday afternoon to say that they were going to drop off in a couple hours. Fortunately, he was able to leave work when it arrived. This was not the fault of Red Carpet, but of the company that moved my vehicle. I will use Red Carpet in the future.
