Tige (pronounced like "Tie" my shoe) earned my business by doing something none of the others would...he returned my phone call on the weekend. Further, it was a holiday weekend as Labor day was on Monday. I called on a Saturday and he returned my call that day. For all his competitors, I had to wait until Tuesday to start receiving contact with a live person. This was problematic as I needed my son's car picked up the following Wednesday, or Thursday at the latest. I knew that if I didnt' talk to a person until Tuesday, my chances of a pickup within 1-2 days was very minimal. Tige got my business this time because he returned my call on a weekend, but has earned my future business by his customer service.

Tige was very knowledgable, and explained how the car transport industry worked. He appreciated my need for a quick pickup, but also worked with me to see if we could get a trucker to accept a competitive bid, which we did get one!

The driver told us one delivery date, which was not met. But I reached Tige and he reached the driver, and explained to us the driver did not give an accurate estimate, that the car was still scheduled to be delivered per the original quote. That was a little frustrating, but I do not blame Tige for the miscommunication as his organization is not the trucking company, but rather a broker between the customer and the trucking company. Bottom line, is I had Tige's cell number, and knew I could reach him to work out whatever obstacle came about. Tige was also in regular email communication. That was comforting.

If I need to transport a car again, I will call Tige Yeargin at Red carpet transport.
