Process in general was well handled and professional in management. Was quite dissapointed to learn that the quoted price was in fact not a quoted price - was just a "target" price. In fact, we wound up paying $100 more for the shipment than we had originally agreed to, and Cherie kicked in some too as well from her commmission to keep the $100 overage. Probably would have done things differently had I known this in advance. Cherie stepped in when the driver attempted to exact a "fuel surcharge" on delivery which was not in his contract and got him straightened out. All in all, a somewhat more difficult process than I had expected, but I attribute little of this to Red Carpet - the system is simply not very good. Would use them again, but in order to get the "quoted price", you have to be prepared to really wait for a long time, maybe forever.
