Dennis was great!
He came to my rescue after being left high and dry by another company. He took the time to explain the broker process; he took no money until he confirmed space on a truck and my car was loaded and on its way. I kept me informed and checked in during and after the process. Thank you Dennis!

I originally worked with Judi with Direct Auto Carriers out of FL who warned me of the pitfalls of using broker and she convinced me her company had their own trucks. She seemed genuine but after taking my deposit she turned me over to "Customer Service" to arrange pick-up. I did not hear from anyone until I got "Customer Service" on the phone the day before the three day window they requested to have the car picked up - they told me they "should" be able to book me for the next Tues - two days after the agreed upon window and would call if anything changed. When I pushed back they said "fine" it would be picked up on Sunday - yea right.

This is when I decided to contact local companies and got Dennis who explained the process and in fact that the other company had me in the broker system for a price that was not going to be accepted, even on the off chance of space becoming over a very busy weekend. I ending up paying more but my car was picked up on-time and arrived safe.
