I had never shipped a car before. Cherie did her best to ease my fears and gave good advice on preperation of my vehicle. Since I was shiipping to my daughter, I was extra critical.
They were early in picking up my car whcih was fine with me. My wife met the driver and was pleased with him. He was very accomodating about where and when to pick up the car.
When my daughter took dellivery the driver was good about making sure she was ok with the car before he left.
All in all, if I ever have need to ship another car I don't see any reason to use anyone else. Red Carpet was not the cheapest, but I have learned over the years that you usually get what you pay for.
