The pick up was scheduled for the day after my initial call to Red Carpet. The only problem was that the driver did not want to come over to the Olympic Peninsula to pick up my car. After some discussion he offered to pay me $100 cash plus lunch expense as my wife & I would have to make a 3 hour trip with two cars and three ferry fares. I met him in Seattle at the agreed time. After agreeing to do this, I had called Shawnna (who was great) who said that she would talk to the driver to insure that there would be no repeat situation upon delivery. When I arrived, Shawnna had already talked to the driver, He was very polite and paid me as promised. The car was delivered early with no problems. Except for a lot of bugs on the windshield, there were no damages. I would use Red Carpet again.
