Shawn Witt was the only positive thing about my expeience. He was prompt and courteous and had a focus on customer service. The price was very fair as compared to other companies that I received quotes from. As a busy professional I especially liked that quotes were sent electronically and Shawn was responsive by both email and phone.

However the transportation company contracted was rude, unresponsive and horrible to work with. I have expressed my concerns with Shawn but who you chose to do business with is a direct relection on your company and should be reevaluated.
