Took my money, no service provided

After 8 days of my truck not being picked up and no contact from Red Carpet, I contacted another auto transporter. The truck was picked up by the other company and yet 5 days later Red Carpet charged me $103 for not providing any services. When I contacted them about the charge they apolgized and said a refund would be provided, 14 days later no refund had been issued. I have contacted them 5 times for my refund, its been 19 days after i was told it was issued. Do not use this company, they did not and have not delivered as promised.

I was wrong to call them crooks in my original review, they were nice enough to not charge me a $75 cancelation fee. I was told however that if I removed my negative review calling them crooks that my refund would be issued.

Tyler, we talked on the phone this morning and I let you know that I would even take a picture of the check with my phone camera, so you knew it was on the way today, but you felt the need to do this. We apologize for the delay in getting refund checks processed. We attempted to simply credit the amount back on your credit card, but paypal would not allow us to do so, since it had gone past a week. $103 is not worth having customers upset at us, nor have people claim something we are not.
