Horrible customer service

I contacted Red Carpet Auto 6 weeks ahead of when I needed my car picked up as I did not want any issues. Tony told me he would call me with information about a carrier at the end of June. Beginning of July comes around and still not word from him. I tried to call the company and request to speak to him and I kept getting told he was on the other line and would call me back. He never responded to any of my emails or phone messages. At this point I am starting to stress because it is Monday and I am leaving Thurs for a cross country move. I finally contact other companies to find out that Red Carpet underbid my car on dispatch and because of this no carrier would pick it up. After calling and calling, getting no responses from the company I finally went with another company that had a carrier for me within 2 hours. This company has no customer service and I do not recommend them to anyone,

Kate/Katherine, I apologize for the experience. As you can see from our reviews, this is not a common theme. From reading the notes of your order, your first available date was on July 8th and you cancelled on the 10th and we had until the 14th to get your car picked up. The quote we gave was not high or low, but right down the middle of the road. It's understandable you got nervous, especially with everyone calling and trying to poach the order. I'm happy you got your car moved and wish you the best moving forward.
