Tonya was very helpful and prompt in providing me with the information I needed about shipping the car and what to expect. This was our first time shipping a car and it was very helpful to feel comfortable that we could get our questions answered. She was also very prompt in responding to questions and calls and in providing updates about the status of our order. I was very pleasantly surprised at how fast our car was picked up and delivered after reading several stories online about some cars taking weeks or even longer to be delivered. We got our CR-V 5 days after the date we listed it as first available which seems very fast to me for a 2000 mile move. I feel like Tonya was very professional throughout the process and I would definitely consider using Red Carpet again.

Update to original review: As with many other salespeople I have dealt with, Tonya stopped responding to my questions and providing help once I had finished paying and left a good review for her on this site. Consequently, I am lowering my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. I expect the customer service to continue as long as I have questions that I would like to have answered, not just after I finish paying.
